This sterling silver ring mounting is semi-mounted with 28 round CZs in shared 4-prong mountings in a halo around the center mounting and six CZs on the decorative sides of the ring shank—two baguettes and one round CZ on each side. The 4-prong center mounting holds one 8 x 6mm octagon faceted stone. Cut a seat in the mounting to accommodate your stone, then burnish the prongs over the stone to secure it in place.
